25 липня в рамках проєкту «Інноваційні міста: найкращі практики післявоєнної відбудови» учасники прослухали лекцію доктора Філіпа Мойзера (архітектора та керівника видавництва DOM, почесного професора Харківського національного університету міського господарства імені О.М. Бекетова, автора десятків книг з архітектури та урбаністики на Amazon) на тему «Післявоєнне житло в Україні. Стратегії та типології майбутнього»

Ця лекція дає огляд можливих стратегій відбудови післявоєнної України. Крім того, у лекції пропонуються практичні механізми реформування українського ринку житла. Досвід Німеччини можна обговорювати як орієнтир, важливим аспектом є визначення національної специфіки та  необхідності пошуку для України власного шляху модернізації та трансформації житлової політики.

On July 25, within the framework of the project "Innovative cities: best practices of post-war reconstruction", the participants listened to a lecture by Dr. Philipp Meuser (Architect and Head of DOM publishers, Honorary Professor of O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy) on the topic of Post-War Housing in Ukraine. Strategies and Typologies for the Future

This lecture will give an overview on the possible strategies how to rebuild post-war Ukraine. Moreover, the paper suggests what needs to be reformed in the Ukrainian housing markets. Experiences from Germany might be discussed as a references whereas it is clear that Ukraine needs to find its own way how to modernize and transform the housing policy.

У рамках реалізації Меморандуму про порозуміння між Харківським національним університетом міського господарства імені О.М. Бекетова (Україна) та Університету Лафборо (Великобританія) розпочалася реалізація освітнього проєкту «Інноваційні міста: кращі практики післявоєнної відбудови».

Суть проєкту полягає у розробці спільно з провідними українськими та британськими науковцями, фахівцями-практиками програми курсу «Інноваційні міста: кращі практики післявоєнної відбудови», спрямованого на формування навиків та кваліфікацій, які б дозволили у короткі терміни розпочати практичну розробку проєктів післявоєнної відбудови України.

У результаті реалізації проєкту буде створено комьюніті молодих фахівців із креативними підходами до відновлення життєзабезпечення міст та територій для ефективної післявоєнної відбудови шляхом формування інвестиційно-інноваційного екопростору.

About project. The essence of the project is to develop together with leading Ukrainian and EU scientists, practitioners of the program «Innovative Cities: Best Practices of Postwar Reconstruction», aimed at developing skills and qualifications that would allow in a short time to start practical development of postwar reconstruction projects in Ukraine.

Expected results of the project:

- ensuring a favorable socio-economic climate in the territories affected by the war, for the return of people there, the resumption of business, providing them with social guarantees and comfortable living conditions.

- formation of skills of management of cities and territories among youth as bases of maintenance of postwar reconstruction, preparation of future experts in system of life support of cities and territories,

- selection and implementation of ideas for the development of territories in the post-war reconstruction and further development, implementation of territorial development projects through the formation of investment and innovation ecospace of the territories after the war,

- formation of a platform for the creation of a new architecture of security and socio-economic development of territories on the European continent.
